REA at EuroBLECH: At the pulse of digitization

At the EuroBLECH trade fair, REA JET will be presenting coding and marking technology for marking metallic surfaces with codes, logos and human readable text. Flexible, contact-free, at high speeds and permanent upon request. Products become traceable, each product becomes unique through individual marking.
The proven REA JET DOD large character inkjet printer offers in the new generation 2.0 a duplication of speed potential to up to 600 m/min, with a multiplication of the durability of the print heads by the use of high-tech materials. Inks with special properties, such as the infiltration of an oil film, underline the special suitability in the demanding environment of sheet metal processing. High-contrast colored pigmented inks with excellent adhesion and fast drying complete the range.
The new compact CIJ small character inkjet printer REA JET SC 2.0 achieves best marking results on smooth, non-absorbent metal surfaces with short drying times. It prints codes, logos and multi-line texts in excellent quality with a resolution of up to 48 pixels quickly and economically.
Color markings provide information about the quality and condition of products, control processes and determine behaviors. The spray mark systems of the REA JET ST line process paints and lacquers. The spray mark heads generate dots, draw lines and can be combined to spray mark blocks for large markings with texts and logos.
For the permanent marking of metals, REA has the consumable-free, low-maintenance fiber laser REA JET FL in its range. It marks products quickly and cleanly. Applied codes, logos and human readable text are therefore permanently legible and virtually indestructible. The high beam quality and energy density of the REA JET FL fiber laser guarantee excellent legibility of even the smallest characters and enable direct part marking (DPM) of metallic components.
A real all-rounder is the reliable REA JET HR thermal inkjet printer, which marks metallic surfaces with high resolution, clean and contact-free. The maintenance-free systems of the REA JET HR series are based on HP's cartridge technology, which has been tried and tested millions of times over. Thanks to state-of-the-art interfaces, they can be easily integrated into machines and systems and allow production speeds of more than 700 m/min.
Another innovation from REA is a biological cleaner. REA has added the environmentally friendly universal cleaner REA JET BC-1 400 to its product range for liquefying and removing dried inks, primers and paints. The non-flammable Bio Cleaner sets new standards because it does not contain any aggressive solvents, is harmless to the user's health and considerably reduces the need for storage security.
